Shuffle Saturday (30): Safe And Sound

Every Saturday I'll be posting a random song off of my iPod. Everyone can feel free to join in, just leave a link to your Shuffle Saturday post in the comments! This week's song is:

Safe And Sound by Capital Cities

Found this song on Pandora and kinda fell in love and put it on my summer playlist! Also it's in some commercial, but I can't remember which one. Also the reason there's a second video this week... I looked up the music video and found the original video (below) first and yeah, I had no idea what was going on until I read the description of the video from the band itself. Here's a snippet of the description:
Our first music video for "Safe and Sound" involved discovering amazing video footage of dance and war over the past 100 years and juxtaposing them chronologically.

I thought that was kind of cool, although I still don't really get it... But anyway, it's here if you want to have a look! Watching it made me appreciate what they were trying to do in the official video.

What are you listening to?
