In books like the Sookie Stackhouse (True Blood) series the paranormal creature in question "comes out of the closet" and makes itself known to the world. Which mythical creature do you wish would come out of the closet, for realJesse: Maybe it's cliche, but if any mythical creature could be real I'd have to say vampires.

Creepy? Very. But romantic. And that's the point. That's why vampires are the most popular creatures in fiction. Something about blood and sex and danger and love, it gets mixed up in our heads and we decide it's romantic.
In real life a parasitic creature who feeds off of others is seriously gross. But not in our imaginations. In our imaginations vampires will always be the mysterious and intriguing boys of our fantasies.
Kira: Perhaps it's just me, but I found this question hard to answer. Maybe it's because I'm greedy (hello, you're asking me to choose just one?), but I can't really think of one that screams, "Oh! Pick me!"
So, I guess I'll go with one I've always liked, though it couldn't really "come out of the closet" all on its own, so much as happen to be in the wrong (or, right?) place at the wrong (right?) time.

Oohh, well that, and centaurs would be cool, too. Then again, I'm a Sagittarius, so of course I'd love it if they we real.
Taylor: Mythical Creatures are cool in books an what not, but they would scare the crap out of me if they just came out of no where! But if I had to choose it would be angels, because they would be here to protect us... Unless they are like those scary seraphim from Supernatural (except Cas). Then nuh uh.

And, Book Blogger Hop hosted by Crazy For Books:

“Non-book-related this week!! Do you have pets?”
Kira and Courtney: We have 4 pets. 1 dog (Milkshake), and three troublesome kitties (Nala,Princess, and Fifi--the most troublesome of all).
Jess and Tayl: We have 3 dogs. All different sizes. The oldest, Casey, is a sixteen year old German Shepard/Collie mix. Buster is a six year old dachshund. And Maddie, the puppy, is almost a year old. She's a Rhodesian Ridgeback/Pitbull mix. Actually her birthday is September 2nd.

HEE, Castiel could make his presence known to me! :D
